Before you buy

Common questions

What electrical service does a hot tub need?

Most models need a dedicated 240V circuit (typically 40–60 amp), installed by a licensed electrician. Several 100 Series models also offer a 120V plug-in option. Each model page lists its exact electrical requirements.

How big is a hot tub, and what does it sit on?

Our hot tubs range from about 7 to 11 feet across. They need a flat, level base that can support the full weight with water and people, such as a concrete pad or a properly built deck. We'll help you plan the spot.

Are these hot tubs built for Minnesota winters?

Yes. 400, 800 and 900 Series models use Northern Exposure™ insulation and a steel sub-structure, and every model is designed for year-round use.

Can I see and try a hot tub before buying?
